My biggest regret ever having bought all my electronical devices Huawei. I am leaving this review to let others know of my awful experience with Huawei and hope no one will experience what I am still going through. On the 28th of December 2020 I bought a laptop, smart watch and ear buds, all from Huawei. (being persuaded they are the best!!) Within few weeks from starting wearing the smart watch I could tell it was not working properly. I called Huawei customer support on several occasions and every time they asked me to reset the device. That did not work. They had then asked me to have it sent to be repaired. From January 2021 my smart watch was sent to be repaired 3 TIMES!! Huawei actually had my device more than I did since new. Since new, my watch was repaired in February, March and again in April and only received it back in May (after one month and few days!!) The worse bit was, after one month of not having my watch, they sent me back the wrong watch. When I opened the parcel, I could not believe that what I sent them it was not what they sent me back. I called customer support on numerous occasions only to be told every time that Huawei cares for they customers and they will escalate this issue. As of today, after me speaking to customer support, still have not heard back from anyone and I currently have a watch that it is not mine. I urge you go and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. They do not care about their customers and when products break down after a month of use, they will not assist you in any meaningful way. I am forced to select a star, but i will not give any.

Just bought new huawei tablet t8 matepad but after 3 days the lcd screen has lines and sm fairview could not assist on how to replace the unit. Too much hassle

I am using Huawei Nova 7 and believe me its the best phone. I personally use this phone and its speed is so good. I think that in coming time it will be like iPhone

Eagerly anticipating the 6G supported mobiles. Good services so far.

While Huawei used to produce good smartphones, their quality is declining rapidly and prices are still the same.

Much prefer Huawei to Samsung and iPhone. A much more reliable phone and seems stronger if u drop it compared to said duo.

If I could give a zero I would. Trying to squirm their way out of my warranty after 8 months for a Matebook X Pro.Broken 3 times within 6 weeks after being away for ‘repair’. Terrible terrible customer service.

Huawei has ben inthe business for years now and I started using their phones way back. I just bought their mate 7 and it is a good phone. They really put in sem good work to making that phone work as good as ever. There Is no other phone brand that I trust as much as I trust Huawei.

I have liked Huawei since the first moment that I bought a phone made by them. Their phones are good but not all of the,. They have come a long way and that is something worth noting. They just need to change the way the handle people's data as they were banned in some places because of that.

I do not like a phone company that wants to stick its nose into peoples businesses. The countries that banned Huawei products had a good reason for doing so and it is best to stick with them in this one. Huawei used to be good until it started being noisy and no one wants that. Give people good phones and let them use them wihtout giving them security concerns instead.

Huawei has made some really good phones and I have got a chance to sue many of them so far and just a few of them have disappointed me. This is just their official website where they announce their new release anything else interesting.

I've had this p30 pro for one year, I haven't even finished paying iqqq ofqfqq and the screen randomly presses a bunch of buttons (which I will leave in my review so you understand what I'm dealing with) I can't even charge it without the cable being adjusted to a certain angle, I can't even listen to music because the slightest microscopic movement causes it to unplug. I've had to click on this review box multiple times since I started typings because it'll click away, the phone came with Bluetooth earbuds but they stopped working 3 months not even. pure trash and. I keep having to click here to type instead of "giving my review a title" which you'll notice is messed up. Screw Huawei, I thought you'd really be a force to reckon against apple or even Samsung/Google, absolute fn trash that I'm still paying this off. Infact, if I want it to work properly, I need to active screen recording for some stupid reason and it magically won't malfunction on me if I'm trying to prove it. It's like they want you to have a phone you cant fn use after just 12 months brand new, and when you try to prove it STTUDTDNELY tit wotlksat (yeah right) "suddqeqnky it world's" DOES NOT WORK
